GenX^® and Rx Flex^®

 
Entrust offers a Capitated Drug Card Program in two product classifications.  The program helps an employer save money by carving out prescription drug coverage from its medical plan.  After Entrust determines the expected cost of prescription drug usage, the employer makes monthly payments to Entrust.  The Pharmacy Benefit Management company (PBM) pays the pharmacy for prescriptions dispensed to covered participants. The participants assume any co-payment charges, the employer pays a set monthly fee and Entrust and its reinsurance partner pay all prescription expenses above the employer's predetermined amount.

*GENx is a capitated generic drug program. The GENx Prescription Drug Program is administered by the PBM.  The plan design allows employers to provide generic drug benefits for their employees at a low cost, and can have brand name prescriptions filled at a discounted rate with substantial savings off of retail pricing.

*RxFlex covers both brand and generic prescriptions.
